Is this the same as Fe2O3 and can I just simply calculate FeO total by multiplying my Fe2O3 by 0.8998. Sorry if this is a dumb question. Just wanted to be sure.

This is why you have a "total" – it's reported as if all Fe was FeO or as Fe2O3. So, assuming you did not specifically measure FeO and Fe2O3 (using titration, Moss, etc), you will never know.
