To fit the late 2MAE one piece rear seal in the two piece rear seal block ( early 302s') it will fit.. however with out the slinger on the end of the crankshaft.. it might leak oil!! and of course the need to go to a 50 oz dampner and flywheel for the late model crankshaft...
